- drawing up payrolls as well as benefit, disability pension and old-age pension documents;

- representing the Client in day-to-day contacts with the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS);

- drawing up documents related to starting and terminating employment relationship;
- keeping employees’ personal files;
- managing all matters connected with employees’ calendars (vacation, sick and maternity leaves, leave records etc.);
- drawing up and giving to employees necessary documents concerning the course of their employment;
- keeping and updating the register of health checks and OSH training;
- gathering employees’ documents to determine their initial capital for old-age pension purposes;
- drawing up employers’ internal rules and regulations (work regulations, rules of remuneration, rules of the company social contribution fund, salary scale, incentive schemes);
