AFC specialises in providing accounting, personnel and payroll services for companies.

  • keeping of accounting books:
    • working out the company’s chart of accounts;
    • day-to-day recording of economic operations;
    • drawing up declarations and carrying out settlements related to income tax (CIT) and goods and services tax (VAT);
    • keeping fixed assets records, along with monthly calculation of amortisation;
    • drawing up financial statements;
    • preparing periodically statements for the Central Statistical Office (GUS) and the National Bank of Poland (NBP);
    • drawing up necessary statements for the Management which are helpful in managing an entity.
A separately concluded contract allows for starting cooperation with the Client in the wide scope of the personnel policy and services related to the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS). Those services include first of all:
  • payroll services:
    • the Client’s settlements with the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS);
    • the Client’s settlements with the Tax Office related to payroll tax PIT-4;
    • drawing up and submitting declarations and reports to the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS) and the Tax Office;
    • social insurance registering and deregistering;
    • drawing up payrolls as well as benefit, disability pension and old-age pension documents;
    • consultancy for employers related to the labour law;
    • representing the Client in day-to-day contacts with the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS);
  • personnel services:
    • drawing up documents related to starting and terminating employment relationship;
    • keeping employees’ personal files;
    • managing all matters connected with employees’ calendars (vacation, sick and maternity leaves, leave records etc.);
    • drawing up and giving to employees necessary documents concerning the course of their employment;
    • keeping and updating the register of health checks and OSH training;
    • gathering employees’ documents to determine their initial capital for old-age pension purposes;
    • drawing up employers’ internal rules and regulations (work regulations, rules of remuneration, rules of the company social contribution fund, salary scale, incentive schemes);
    • services concerning persons working based on civil law contracts (contracts of mandate, task-specific contracts);
    • services regarding inspections of the National Labour Inspectorate and the Social Insurance Institution (ZUS).
Furthermore, we offer comprehensive services related to applying for subsidies from the State Fund for Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (PFRON):
  • registering disabled persons carrying out economic activities and employers employing disabled persons;
  • monthly information about social insurance contribution bases, social insurance contributions, employment and disability levels of disabled employees;
  • drawing up applications for the payment of contribution refunds for a given month.
